Welcome to Bilzeye Images Photo Art. Thank you for taking the time to click in.
I began taking sunset and landscape photos at age 12 with a Kodak Hawkeye Instamatic 126 that was obtained through a breakfast cereal box offer. Starting in 1997 I shot a lot of black & whites with a 1958 Agfa Ambi-Silette 35mm, then went to digital when my twin daughters were born in 2008. Currently, using Canon and Fuji gear, my main focus is on the creation of colorful Experimental Images in the vein of Abstract Realism, in which form supersedes subject. These images can be seen in the Art Category below. My experimental and abstract work was shortlisted in the 2012 International Fine Art Photo Awards based in Paris, and selected as Featured Art of the Day by Facebook entity Starving Artists Inc. in May 2013.
